Metric definitions and sample assumptions

Values are summed for the selected segment and period, except subscription KPIs which use the latest selected month. Contribution is revenue less recorded costs, not statutory profit. Outstanding is invoiced less received. Win rate counts won records divided by all shown opportunities. MRR is sample subscription value for one month; annualised run rate is MRR × 12, not a forecast. MRR loss ratio is lost MRR divided by shown MRR, not customer churn. Each sample record appears once; no live connectors run here.

A sample of the approach, not a live report.

Use the period and business-segment filters above to update the KPIs, chart and table. Select a record to inspect its contribution. These invented values illustrate dashboard behaviour, not customer results or a reporting promise.
